Volunteers and Staff are needed for the following departments at Paradise City Comic Con 2016:

Guest Relations & Hospitality – These volunteers work directly with our media guests to provide one-on-one help for them as they meet attendees, sign autographs, take photos, get around the convention, and whatever else arises.
Pre-Event Promotions – may include flyer distribution, putting up posters, networking at clubs, etc.
A/V (Audio Visual) – help setup the panels and workshops with screens, speakers, microphones, and whatever other tech is needed for each panelist
Event Operations – serve as a behind-the-scenes, all-purpose go-to person for con ops. May include fetching things, watching things, carrying things, setting up things, and so many more odd jobs.
Volunteer Security – must be patient, attentive, and willing to check credentials for 2 to 4 hours at a time. This is a great role for introverts who want a very important role.

Video Production (Pre-show, on site, and post production) – must have previous experience with professional video equipment
Comic Book Department  – knowledge of comic book artists is helpful, will get direct contact with guest artists
Anime Department – help anime related actors and panelists find their way to their events and other things that may come up as needed
Costuming & Cosplay Department – help coordinate the costuming and cosplay panels, workshops, and other programming, including the contests.
Film Festival – help the film festival director start and stop the films, assist the actors and other talent, and manage the panel discussions about the films.
